So since we are supposed to start phasing out the KDE acronym as meaning K Desktop Environment, I couldn't help but notice that the bottom of our web pages (all of them, it seems, even this -- bko), refer to "the K Desktop Environment(r) logo". Is there a legality behind why it is like this..or is it merely something nobody noticed (understandable of course)?
It says something like this: "This website is maintained by The KDE sysadmins (don't report bugs in KDE to them!) KDE® and the K Desktop Environment® logo are registered trademarks of KDE e.V. | Legal" So I suppose that KDE e.V. wants to hold the rights for both of those names/acronyms. Since this is not really an issue but a concern marking this one resolved.
