Description Leonardo Giordani 2009-09-25 15:01:27 UTC
Version:           1.0.0-beta5 (using KDE 4.3.1)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

Three errors in GUI when inserting XMP tags with laguage (e.g. Content->Caption)

1) Immediately after entering text, before pressing the "+" button to add the item, it is impossible to select the language, which thus goes to "x-default". To add a language the user must select again the entered text, select the language and press the update button.

2) When text has been entered with a language it is impossible to switch off the language itself, since there is no <default> entry in the languages list.

3) Text cannot be edited more than once: follow this procedure
 a) Image->Metadata->Edit XMP...
 b) Select Content->Caption
 c) Add a caption
 d) Press "+"
 e) Select the caption from the right menu
 f) Select a language
 g) Press update button
 h) Select the caption again

At this point the caption does no more appear in the edit box and you must close the dialog and open it again to edit it.

This file obsolete. With 2.0.0 release, Multi language widget from MetadataEdit plugin use KEXiv2 widget now, instead a customized one.
