Description Vadym Krevs 2009-09-25 11:14:12 UTC
Version: 3.3.1 (using 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1) "release 165", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27.29-0.1-default

I've setup the ctags and build plugins to regenerate a tags file just like kdevelop does it and to perform a makefile driver build. Saved the current session using a new name then exited Kate via File->Exit. Opened Kate and loaded the previously saved session. BOth the ctags and build plugins lost their settings.
Comment 1 Kåre Särs 2011-08-11 16:21:12 UTC
The ctags plugin has changed a bit and the session loading/saving should work.

Can you re-test?
Comment 2 Vadym Krevs 2011-08-11 16:49:44 UTC
No, I cannot. I've switched to Eclipse/CDT well more than a year ago in frustration caused by Kdevelop's bugginess and unwillingness of devs to address regressions, and frankly never looked back.
