Version:           4.1 (using 4.2.4 (KDE 4.2.4), Mandriva Linux release 2009.1 (Official) for i586)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.29.6-desktop-2mnb

Exported Contacts List from MS Outlook to *.csv (Windows) file.
Tried to import into Kontact
Changed first few headings from "Undefined" to proper setting.
When I scrolled right to change the rest of the headings, either the screen did not refresh or the headings and data mis-aligned.  Completing the import (without changing any other headings) resulted in a mish-mash of data.
