Currently albums are sorted with reversed Year. Probably such decision is appropriate for frequently-chanding collection - "new are first". OTOH, say, if collection contains mostly old albums  (for example, in my collection most albums are dated as 1950-1970), "new are first" is not approriate at all. In opposite, historical order is natural.

Please, add an opportunity to sort in normal Year order (say, "not-reveresed Year" checkbox in sorting menu).

Please, reopen the issue. Last one is related to *collection* tree sorting rather play list sorting.

Albums are sorted now first by ascending year and then by ascending name, just as you would expect.

I guess that solves this wish.

Fine, thanks! Will verify as quck as Kubuntu will have new A2 version in repo.
