When in multichat, the subject of the chat is a concatenation of the names of all the participants, making the chat tab too long, it would be better to use the chat subject as defined by Skype or to allow the user to change the tab's title.

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
