Description Sabine Faure 2009-09-18 01:43:00 UTC
Version: (using Devel)
Compiler: gcc 4.3.2
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

- Configure Akonadi with an IMAP and Kolab resource
- Launch KAB
- create a couple of Contacts in an addressbook (ex: AB1)
- Right click on the addressbook and select 'Add Address Book Folder'
- Enter a name (ex:AB2) and click on 'Ok'
- create an new group (ex: Group A) containing the two contacts in AB1
- Right click on Group A and select 'Copy Group'
- Right click on AB2 and select 'Paste'

Group A and its two contacts is copied in AB2 however if you go back in AB1 you have two Group A(s) and one of them, the original is now empty.

This should not happen.

Note: to reproduce this bug AB2 must always be empty before pasting the Group.

Hej Sabine,

could you test it with a 'Personal Contacts' resource instead
of the Kolab/IMAP resource, please?

I can't reproduce it here and want to make sure that this isn't an issue
of the Kolab resource...

Ciao,
Tobias

I retested this today and this bug is not reproducible anymore.

Copying and pasting a group works fine now both in the Kolab resource and in the Personal Contacts resource.

So I am closing this bug.
