Description Piotr 2009-09-16 23:39:41 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.1)
Compiler: openSUSE 11.1 x64 gcc 4.3 KDE Factory repository
OS: Linux
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

I recently tried to connect to a ftp server. It appeared someone changed the password so dolphin failed to connect and after that it asks to either "retry" or "cancel". Nothing helps to kill that window. I killed dolphin process, kio_file, kio_ftp and god knows what more. The title of the window is "Authentication KDE daemon" and it cannot be turned off. If i click cancel it disappears and appears back again in a second.
Comment 1 Piotr 2009-09-16 23:40:25 UTC
Even clicking "close" on panel doesn't help. It shows right back again.
Comment 2 Piotr 2009-09-16 23:45:31 UTC
It stop ONLY if i click STOP in the notification tray. Otherwise "cancel" does nothing.
Comment 3 Piotr 2009-11-19 00:40:32 UTC
Looks as if it has been fixed, Closing :)
