Unfortunately for us, while I am a step beyond end user, I am far from a developer. I tried using MinGW and it simply does nothing when I try to open kcalc from its command prompt. If I open kcalc through windows and then attach the process ID, kcalc freezes and I am unable to perform the action needed to crash it. I also tried using Debug View and only received the following:
[9116] qUncompress: Input data is corrupted
[9116] qUncompress: Input data is corrupted
And unfortunately logged nothing when kcalc crashes. I also attempted to use WinDbg, and it keeps creating a page break regarding not being able to find the symbol set, but no information tells me what that is, why I need it, or how to set it up, and frankly it's more work than I'm prepared to put into it for something I'm not likely to use on any kind of regular basis. So it continues to be an issue, and godspeed on finding a solution, because I'm ready to give up at this point.

I have no idea if this is still considered an outstanding issue. Please let me know.

Thanks
