Version:            (using KDE 4.3.1)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

When a web page is to high to fit in konq window vertical scrollbar is displayed. When you try to scroll with the bar, mouse wheel or Page up/down content of the page becomes messed up. I yet have to find a way to reproduce this.

The first time I've loaded the page it was rendered correctly. After I've reloaded and I've reproduced your same bug. I'm using KDE 4 trunk (r1020839).
