liqui weather does not find Pyqt lib

- Which version of PyQt do you have installed ?
I think that "widget" needs PyQt3... which is probably not installed in a KDE4 environment.

i installed python-qt 4.5.4

i installed also python-qt 3.5.18

i does not work
