(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: knode Version: 0.4beta4 (KDE 2.1 post Beta 2 (>= 20010128)) Severity: wishlist Installed from: Debian Beta (kde.tdyc.com) Compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 20000220 (Debian GNU/Linux) OS: Linux 2.4.0 i686 (Debian Package 4:2.1-beta2-0128-0.potato1 (2.2)) I like the article list display used by tin but I also enjoy using knode. I suggest that the following features of tin could be used to improve knode: - Display the number of unread items in a thread (that way one can easily identify new articles in a thread that was read before) - Mark threads with articles written by oneself *if* there have been answers to that article Other than that I am still trying to figure out the meaning of the various icons and text styles used in the article list (golden button down arrow bold text normal text black text grey text). It is not intuitive and also not described in the documentation (Debian comes with the 0.04 documentation when using German locale settings). (submitted via bugs.kde.org)
Well, at least the KNode displays the unread count after the topic.. Can anyone confirm the second one?
