Description Reinhard Berger 2009-09-06 20:24:11 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

Dolphin/Konqueror create first the folder(s) before wrting the files later then into them.

This is sometimes bad when you cancel the copy proecess , then you do not know wich directorys are empty and wich not.

Please add a checkbox for enable or disable this feature.

I wish dolphin would do copy like nautilus/windows explorer , and only create the folder when needed - just in time - and not before the entire copy process.

Doesn't seem likely, sorry. Instead, KIO should just clean up after itself better; see Bug 125102.
