Description Peter C. Trenholme 2009-09-05 05:22:20 UTC
Application that crashed: kded4
Version of the application: $Id: kded.cpp 944898 2009-03-26 13:01:25Z dfaure $
KDE Version: 4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1)
Qt Version: 4.5.2
Operating System: Linux 2.6.31-0.199.rc8.git2.fc12.x86_64 x86_64

What I was doing when the application crashed:
Booted F12 alpha, started Firefox, after a minute or so, "Crash Reporting Assistant" poped up. This had been happening fairly often, sometimes KED but more often KDM, so I'd installed the KDM debug information package. Hopefully you'll find the backtrace usefull. This is the first crash

Note that F12 is using the (unreleased) X-server 1.6.99-1, and lots of other poorly tested stuff, so you may not want to spend too much time on this now. (Although I do get random, non-fatal, crashes of Plasma on Fedora 11. Probably not related, and previously reported.)
