Description of problem:
Ikon konsole in view menu (right-click on destop) when I have set desktop to view folder like on normal desktop
or easy configurable this view menu in kdesettings and easy configurable  all items in kdesettings

If I understood properly, the option "Run command" it is not present if your Desktop type is "FolderView" , but it is present if you use "Desktop" ? Can you confirm it ? <- That problem should be fixed in KDE4.3 already, so I was wondering if you entered the version correctly.

in Fedora 13 is a icon kosole in right click menu.
