Compiler:          DELL INSPIRION 1520 with NVidia 8600M GT and workstation with Radeon 9800Pro(R350) 
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

First system: DELL Inspirion 1520 with videocard Nvidia 8600M GT driver Nvidia 185.18.35  openSUSE 11.1 

Second system: Collected hands on the basis Athon64 with videocard Radeon 9800 Pro (R350) driver xf86-video-ati openSUSE 11.1

can you reproduce it with e.g. the ozone deco? (not oxygen - and you need to DEactivate "Blend titlebar with..."

At  ozone deko  I had ever seen, but I'll try to work with ozone and write later. In KDE 4.2.4 such artifacts were not observed in these same systems
