OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.28-15-generic

using Kontact and with many identities.
When I compose a new message no longer the bar attached to the selection of the email sender to be used as an identity that sends the message

I use ubuntu 9.04 thanks

You can enable the identity field from the composer window. Open the "view" menu and select "identity"
