What I was doing when the application crashed:
After closing Okular during loading big documents (in my case, .chm file), and before completion of loading, Okular shows a crash window. Maybe this bug isn't critical (after all, I wanted to have Okular window closed, so there's no big deal), but it's certainly annoying.
