In Free Space Widget UI action buttons is set to be vertical centered to the main screen. This means, they go independently with text though getting blow it.

The dialog is not part of KDE but an OpenSuse addition. Please report the bug at http://en.opensuse.org/Submit_a_Bug

Mh, it seems this is also presents in other distributions, please report it to your distribution bugtracker (if you are not using OpenSuse.
