I'm not really sure if the simon crashes are going to be handled here or not. I have sent an email to the maintainers/devs to inform them about this crash. Thanks
I think you should report your bug in simon's own bug tracker http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?atid=935103&group_id=190872&func=browse and not here, because simon is no default KDE application. See bug 256133 for similarities. Marking as downstream.
