If not, we're doing our best to keep the translation up-to-date but this needs a lot of people. Can you post a screenshot of the missing translation please?

Must be a Windows specific installation problem, the buttons strings are translated from kdelibs and the translations are done, the Welcome page also is translated. If you still experiment some translation problems on Windows, please check first http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kde4/fr/messages/extragear-graphics/digikam.po?revision=1014283&view=markup to see if we indeed have the string translated and then report to the Windows team
Not reproducible with last 6.0.0 digiKam windows installer.
