- What were you doing when then application crashed?
- Can you reproduce the crash at will ?

I was away from the PC when it happened so cannot be sure.
I think I had gnu screen running and had opened the screen session from elsewhere, which will have closed it on the pc where konsole crashed. I don't know if that is connected.
I cannot reproduce the crash at will.

A bunch of crashes where fixed in 4.4.x - reopen if you can reproduce on a later version
