I have two panels, one vertical and a horizontal one, both contain a pager. In earlier versions, I could have them oriented according to the panel they're in, but now this setting seems to be shared. Meaning that if I set the orientation (by defining the Rows/Columns) I can set it to look like I want, but after the next login, one of the two pagers gets "rotated" by 90°.

Maybe this is related to bug #200013, but I'm not sure..

yes, same thing.
the problem is that two pagers are forced to have the same layout, since this is kinda a global setting, because in influences kwin behaviour, how the present desktop  effect will look for instance
