Description Reiner Goerlach 2009-08-14 13:49:30 UTC
Version: 1.11.4 (using 4.2.4 (KDE 4.2.4), Mandriva Linux release 2009.1 (Official) for i586)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.29.6-desktop-1mnb

If you add an e-mail account, default setting is "not leave messages of server".
This is dangerous, and should be modified to default "leave messages on server"
Comment 1 Christophe Marin 2009-08-17 16:44:28 UTC
And changing the default would bring other problems such as mailbox quota being reached due to KMail leaving the messages on the server.

(Not to mention we will get reports asking to change the default back).
Comment 2 Christophe Marin 2009-08-19 22:38:16 UTC
Closing this bug report, this default setting will not be changed.
