Version: (using KDE 4.3.0) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages To reproduce: 1. Connect to a server, 2. Press ful screen button, 3. krdc is minimised immidiately. Tested on rdp connection.
I think this bug is already fixed for 4.3.1. Please reopen when you still can confirm when 4.3.1 is out.

Is it probably also related to your graphic card drivers?
It might be. As this bug is much harder to reproduce, I would need to use krdc with different driver on a daily basis. Let's assume that this is fglrx fault for now, I plan to switch to open source drivers ASAP, so I'll verify then.
