I don't know how to reproduce it, but sometimes, when I mark messages as read or move them between folders, or delete them the actions I made are reverted.

Well, 203683 is the number of this bug report :). But yes, I have the same issues as the reporter of bug 199526, even the several minutes long mail checking process.
