Version: (using KDE 4.3.0) OS: Linux Installed from: Fedora RPMs With gwenview in Kde 3.5 I could use the JPG lossless rotate function to rotate Photos. This was done instantly and immediatley changed the file in the filesystem without changing the filedate in the OS. With the KDE4 based gwenview here the lossless plugin rotate funtion is greyed however there are toolbar buttons to initiate rotation. When using the toolbar function the jpg is rotated however the file is not instantly saved to disc. If I choose to save the file the date on the filesystem is changed. I would like to have the old behviaour back. Rotate which saves instantly to filesystem without changing the filedate in filesystem. It would be nice if that behaviour could be configured, it does not need to be the default configuration which it was in gwenview/kipi for kde3.5
In digiKam, there is an option to customize file date handling with plugins. This plugin take a care about this settings. I don't know about Gwenview. At least if not, it must be implemented in Gwenview. Gilles Caulier
