Each time I switch folders on non dimap imap account a screen with "Downloading e-mails" info is displayed. It is annoying and counterproductive.

This is a wich. Pardon, is that not better categorized under "IMAP" and not "disconnected IMAP"?

I don't agree, it only happens under specific conditions, that I'm unable to reproduce, most of the time folder/accounts switching doesn't triger it. Besides, the screen is shown for less than a seccond, it has no purpose at all.

Thank you for taking the time to file a bug report.

KMail2 was released in 2011, and the entire code base went through significant changes. We are currently in the process of porting to Qt5 and KF5. It is unlikely that these bugs are still valid in KMail2.

We welcome you to try out KMail 2 with the KDE 4.14 release and give your feedback.
