Hello, when I try copy file into tar.gz the from tar:/ protocol, and to sftp:// it tell my: "Connexion to ths host is broken", then I need put before the file in local.
Thanks to solve it.

kio_sftp has been rewritten using libssh in trunk (KDE 4.4). You can copy files from tar:// to sftp:// just fine. The other way isn't supported by tar:/ or Ark. Only local files are allowed.

You should open a feature request for Ark if you want support for this. However the files need to be downloaded anyway.
