Version:           0.10.0 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler:          cc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.28-14-generic

Rename a folder from "2003_07_august" to "2003_07_August" outside of Digikam results in 2 albums with same photos in Digikam.

Can you try again with digiKam 1.0.0-beta3 ? Sound like this problem is already
fixed...

It still valid with a recent digiKam 1.9.0 ?
