Rigt-clicking around system tray arrow causing popup menus of icons, which are hidden by its category. Best qould be wath to video below.

Applications running in systray: Kmix, new Knetworkmanager (0.9), Kwallet, Krandrtray

Now there are more problems around system tray. With this bug may be connected this bug #204070.

It seems to be fixed on 4.4 RC1.
