It's possible select an others attach types formats?, for example 7zip or gzip?

Do you mean email attachments? You can attach any type file.

When you attach any file, we can select compress or not the attach file in compress column section, but it only have zip compress option, it's possible have 7zip, gzip or other option

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
