Description rerxrerx 2009-08-07 18:38:10 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

In the Address Book Browser when one contact or multiple contacts are selected and then deleted in the contacts pane, the list immediately jumps back to the first entry. This slows down a lot the process of editing/updating one's contacts where one would typically want to continue alphabetically.

Expected behaviour: Scroll to the first item that was in the view before deleting the other items.

Thank you for your efforts you put into this bug. kab3 has long been deprecated, and so I close its old reports. If this bug/wish is still valid for kab3's successor kaddressbook in any recent version (5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08.0 or later), please file a new bug against kaddressbook.
