Version: (using KDE 4.3.0) Installed from: Gentoo Packages When having people with multiple email addresses in your addressbook, it is not possible selecting another email address than the attendee's default email address. Imagine you have a contact in your addressbook, which is business contact, but also a private contact. Once you'd like to invite the person to a barbecue, the other time you'd like to invite the person to a business meeting. You have to switch the default email address in your addressbook first, before being able to send an email to the 2nd address of the person. When using the search functionality for adding attendees, all email addresses of each matching person should be selectable instead of only the attendee + it's default email address.
Are you referring to the Attendee tab in the incidence editor? If so, I don't see this happening.
(In reply to comment #1) > Are you referring to the Attendee tab in the incidence editor? > If so, I don't see this happening. As stated on IRC, this was a misunderstanding, right? So this bug is still valid.
This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present? If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of korganizer (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
This looks good now in the KF5-based korganizer. When selecting attendees, all available mail addresses are provided.
