Description Janet 2009-08-07 16:14:26 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

When I drag the sidebar in calendar view to show two small daypickers, close kontact/korganizer and reopen it, there's only one wide daypicker. I drag the border a few pixel to the right and it switches to two small daypickers but when I open kontact the next time it's
only one wide daypicker again. To stay with two daypickers side by side I have to drag the panel to half korganizer window size so that there only remains half the window for the calendar itself. That's not necessary from my point of view because the daypickers don't need that much width, they even would look better when they wouldn't be that wide.

The width of the panel that contains the daypickers should be constant with the number of contained daypickers. A certain width should always contain a fixed number of daypickers and korganizer shouldn't change that by itself.

When I close korganizer and have two daypickers I expect the two daypickers to be still there when I reopen korganizer.

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of korganizer (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
