The Information dialog contains much text here and if I hover the text, a tooltip appears that covers more than the screen size of 1200x800 pixel and makes the whole screen binkt as it shows and hides all the time.

As of v18.07.90, I don't get any tooltip in the information dialog anymore, so I assume this has been fixed in the meantime.

Feel free to reopen and move the bug to Frameworks if this is still an issue.
