Application that crashed: kcmshell4
Version of the application: 
KDE Version: 4.3.00 (KDE 4.3.0)
Qt Version: 4.5.2
Operating System: Linux 2.6.28-14-generic i686
Distribution: Ubuntu 9.04

What I was doing when the application crashed:
KDE 4.3.0 on Kubuntu Juanty 9.04
1. accessed system settings
2. advanced
3. access management

took a lot of time to open and then crashed.

The same as bug 199359 and bug 202145. Merging.
- Does this only happen with the KDM("Access Manager") module ?
