Version: (using KDE 4.3.0) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages My keyboard layout is spanish and it works perfectly as long as i set in system-settings -> Keyboard layout, the layout only to Spanish but if i want to add more as secondary layout (to change trought them by using the icon in the taskbar) then my spanish layout is not working well because i cannot write one of this symbols: @[]{} (symbols that i write with Alt Gr + key). To be more specific my configuration was: Layouts: first: spanish second: english (US) third: turkish And if i remove english and turkish i can write @[]{} again!.
Think this is the same as bug 89453. Try swapping english and turkish for now.
I can't reproduce the problem, I set the layout with setxkbmap es,us,tr and then was able to enter special symbols with AltGr. Do you set any xkb options?
If you still have this problem please attach your kxkbrc file
Couldn't reproduce just now in kde 4.4.3, think I was doing the same and using the same layout list as before.
