Description Halla Rempt 2009-08-05 12:51:19 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.3.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

When typing something in vim in konsole, pressing esc and going back, then pressing x, the character next to the cursor is deleted instead of the character the cursor is on.

This sounds suspiciously like the same issue as bug 202619. Can you please check?
Comment 2 Halla Rempt 2009-08-05 21:51:51 UTC
Sounds unlikely: this file didn't contain any non-ascii characters.
Comment 3 Matthew Woehlke 2009-08-06 00:41:18 UTC
Maybe it is not broken in trunk? Anyway it still sounds like the same bug, maybe the non-ASCII in bug 202619 is superfluous...
Comment 4 Halla Rempt 2011-08-01 13:30:55 UTC
This must have been fixed a long time ago since it no longer happens in 4.6 and 4.7. As far as I'm concerned, it can be closed.
