Description Dotan Cohen 2009-08-03 14:22:43 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.98)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

KDE has the great feature where one can middle-click a text field in order to paste the contents of the clipboard there. However, often one needs to paste text into a field which already contains dummy text, such as GTK app's Save dialogues or webpages. It would be nice if there were a quick way to clear the text field and then paste the clipboard contents. I propose Shift-Middle Click for this, but any other quick method would do.

Thanks.

The "paste on middle click" is not of KDE, by it comes from X11. So you should suggest this feature to X.org.

Thansk Dotan.
