What I was doing when the application crashed:
I had 2 tab opened, I was opening /usr/share/doc/packages(In opensuse all packages docs are here) when konqueror crashed. I had opened the lateral panel. I wasn't doing nothing advance.

Strange, a XIO error.
Can you try to reproduce the crash at will ?

I can't. It only has happened once and  Konqueror is my main file browser. I wasn't doing nothing strange. It could be race conditions. I don't known. I had pressed the enter key, but the folder hadn't loaded when konqueror crashed.
