Description Roger Larsson 2009-08-01 14:16:14 UTC
Version: 0.9.5 (using 3.5.10 "release 21.11" , openSUSE )
Compiler: Target: x86_64-suse-linux
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27.25-0.1-default

I have for some time suspected that I loose tags from the database, but have not been able to be definite.

But now I can.

In February I shot some artists that I never taken any photos of either before nor later. The tags still exist under my tags.
But the only photos of that artist lacks the tags...

Usage note: this computer is shared by several users, at least two might work with their own digikam open at the same time.

I will try to check if data is gone from database or if it is just a matter of display.

Note: this is digikam/KDE3

With knoda I have now verified that the tags are gone from database :-(
Comment 2 Marcel Wiesweg 2009-08-01 15:57:46 UTC
The obvious assumption is someone of your co-users has deleted these tags ;-)
Well what I need to solve a bug like this is a defined and reproducible test case with a recent version - it's close to impossible to fix a bug that is reproducible once every six months.

should be fixed by now
