Description E.T. Anderson 2009-07-31 22:02:47 UTC
Application that crashed: akregator
Version of the application: 1.5.0
KDE Version: 4.2.98 (KDE 4.2.98 (KDE 4.3 RC3))
Qt Version: 4.5.1
Operating System: Linux 2.6.28-14-generic i686
Distribution: Ubuntu 9.04

What I was doing when the application crashed:
So far, this crash only happens for one page that I know of: http://opendotdotdot.blogspot.com/2009/07/why-single-sign-on-systems-are-bad.html

In the course of reading through the LinuxToday rss, I clicked on the link to the above page. The page loaded and Akregator crashed instantly with a segmentation fault. This was not the first page I had viewed through Akregator today, nor the first blogspot page. After restarting Akregator, I clicked on some other links without issue.

Can you check if konqueror also crashes with this page ?
Comment 2 E.T. Anderson 2009-08-01 01:37:10 UTC
Yes, Konqueror crashes loading this page. I do not normally use Konqueror, so
I did not have it installed when I reported the first bug, but I installed it
to answer your question.

Thanks, reassign to Konqueror.

You may install the debug package for kdelibs in order to get a better backtrace
