Description Jithin Emmanuel 2009-07-28 07:56:55 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.98)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

I use kde 4.3 rc3 and has enabled strigi file indexer.

After resuming from suspend or hibernate, I am always getting notifications from Nepomuk.
First Its says "suspending strigi indexing to preserve system resources"
then after a few seconds its says "Resuming Strigi file indexing".

Then again after few seconds it goes back to suspending this goes on for ever until I logout or restart.

This happens only after I do a suspend or hibernation in my laptop and does not appear under normal usage ie without doing any suspend or hibernation.

One side effect of this bug is any notifications which appear during that time, like a chat message received in kopete during this time stays in notification area itself.

This is a dupe of bug 200991, but I'm not sure how to indicate that in this bug report (I'm pretty new to the KDE Bug tracker).
