When I wanted to print more than 1 copy of a pdf document in okular, my printer (HP LaserJet 4) printed only one copy. In other words: it seems that printing copies is broken somehow?
I think (but I am quite not sure) that in KDE4.3rc2 there wasn't such a problem.
