Description confuse_ling 2009-07-27 12:21:50 UTC
Version: 1.4.50 (using 4.2.95 (KDE 4.2.95 (KDE 4.3 RC1)) "release 1", openSUSE Factory)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.30.2-1-default

Tested on openSUSE 11.2 Milestone 4, Arch linux (stable repository - KDE 4.2), and Ubuntu 9.04

Example headline "Reminder: openSUSE Weekly News Team Meeting" is filtered out if I type "reminder meeting" in the quick filter box, contrary to desired behaviour, and mouse-over box ("Enter space-separated terms to filter article list")

Also logged on Ubuntu's Launchpad.

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of akregator (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
Comment 2 Denis Kurz 2017-01-07 21:40:24 UTC
Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
