Description OsamaK 2009-07-25 23:28:25 UTC
Application that crashed: akregator
Version of the application: 1.5.0
KDE Version: 4.2.98 (KDE 4.2.98 (KDE 4.3 RC3))
Qt Version: 4.5.1
Operating System: Linux 2.6.28-13-generic i686
Distribution: Ubuntu 9.04

What I was doing when the application crashed:
I'm not sure exactly what happened. I've been using Akregator for a while and everything was OK and I'm using the last version of Akregator. This crash happens once I run Akregator it doesn't show the main GUI.

Sounds like I have the same:
For me it occurred after a system freeze, no other problems noted.
Logout / reboot doesn't help.

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of akregator (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
Comment 6 Denis Kurz 2017-01-07 22:43:54 UTC
Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
