Description Andrey Borzenkov 2009-07-25 11:14:32 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.98)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Mandriva RPMs

This is relatively new and started to happen around 4.3 RC1.

I open knode and have group with large number of unread messages. Actually it is LKML on Gmane. After browsing group and marking all messages as read, group name still remains in bold. Weird thing is, I am not even able to make a screen shot of it - as soon as ksnapshot is started, group name resets to normal; so I suspect it gets stuck in some sort of event loop.

It seems that group with small number of unread messages does not have this issue. I can't exactly define large and small - but problematic group usually have over thousand of them.

To reproduce this, the "unread" column needs to be displayed in the folderview.
Then marking the last unread message in a group as read will not reset the font of the group name. A redraw of the folderview is necessary.

Hello! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this project has been unmaintained for many years so I am closing this bug.
