Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

group application windows by user defined (ship with defaults) categories for hierarchical selection of application windows with alt+f10. Examples: categories by time since last access, group within application (e.g. firefox, konsole, gimp), works sets (programming: editor, cmd, browser)

Can you better explain your idea? Maybe you could talk and discuss it on the new kde forum and in the dev-ML in order to formalize it better.

Now it is quite unclear.
