Description Ferdinand Gassauer 2009-07-23 20:48:35 UTC
Version:           1.5.0 (using 4.2.98 (KDE 4.2.98 (KDE 4.3 RC3)) "release 146", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27.25-0.1-default

http://feeds.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-server/5.0/branch.atom

shows the body of a feed but not the header
Comment 1 Ferdinand Gassauer 2009-07-23 20:58:57 UTC
BTW kaggreator 3.5 shows the feeds and 4.3 did so until I upgraded to RC3 or shortly before
Comment 2 Frank Osterfeld 2009-07-26 21:57:04 UTC
What do you mean by header? Here, title ("Revision X"), author, date are correctly displayed.
Comment 3 Ferdinand Gassauer 2009-07-26 22:38:46 UTC
I found the problem

the search string never gets deleted
* neither changing the feed
* restart (and update) akregator

kargregator behaves different from kmail -
so even this could be called a feature, I think it's too tricky for users to have similar apps handling the survival of the search string differently.
Comment 4 Frank Osterfeld 2010-01-05 21:29:47 UTC
That's a hotly discussed topic - people complain when it behaves like KMail and they do when it doesn't (especially if they want to use the "Unread" option permanently). Right now there is an option in the Advanced menu for that.
Comment 5 Ferdinand Gassauer 2010-01-06 08:12:16 UTC
may be "reset search bar ..." should be default ON
